Which service is right for me?
Start with a conversation. Every engagement begins with a free discovery call to understand where you are and what you actually need. From there, Meetra will recommend the right entry point, whether that is a project, a retainer, or something else entirely.
How long do engagements typically last?
It depends on what you need as a business. Projects can last anywhere from 2 months to 12 months based on complexity and goals. Retainer based engagements last as long as value is being received by you.  
Do you work with companies outside of specific industries?
Yes, we have worked with a broad number of companies. Growing a business has common fundamentals no matter the industry. We have a lot of experiences with businesses in the real estate industry (construction, services, brokerages, property management) and financial services industry (tax and accounting, wealth management, insurance).
Can services be combined or stacked?
Yes. Several services are designed to work together. We can run several projects  while on retainer and we can transition retainer work to project work. Whatever you need to be successful.
What if we already have our process and technology in place?
That is actually the most common starting point. Most clients arrive with something in place, just not something working as good as it should. Meetra will work with what you have, identify what to keep, what to improve, and what to replace.
How involved does our team need to be during engagement?
More than you might expect, and that is intentional. Meetra does not build things in isolation and hand them over. The work is collaborative throughout, because a strategy your team helped build is one they will actually use. Involvement is structured, not open-ended, and scoped into the engagement from the start.
How is pricing structured across your services?
Each of our engagements are tailored to the client. The client pays for software, Meetra pays for 3rd party vendors. There are no surprise invoices. Every engagement is priced transparently before anything moves forward.
